Standard Shipping Charges at ILENE GLAM:
• Enjoy free delivery on orders above INR 899/ (excluding any coupon codes)-. For orders below this
amount, a shipping charge will be automatically applied.
• For international shipping, a flat shipping charge of INR 2000/- is applicable.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional charge of INR 30/- will be applied, regardless of
the cart value.
• Please be aware that Cash on Delivery Option is not available for International Orders.
• Orders placed using refund coupon codes will be charged a minimum shipping charge of ₹20 that
can be paid online or as Cash on Delivery.

5. Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and your location. While we strive to provide
accurate estimates, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our
