Cancellation Policy:
Order Cancellation: You have the flexibility to cancel your order until it has been shipped from our
warehouse. To initiate a cancellation, please log in to your account on our website and proceed to
the ‘Order History’ section. If your order is eligible for cancellation, you will find the cancellation
option available. The refund for the cancelled order will be credited to your Ilene Glam e-wallet. For
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will reach out to you to confirm the order before shipping it.
Refund Method: In the event of order cancellation, the refunded amount will be processed
exclusively to your Ilene Glam e-wallet. We regret to inform you that cash refunds or transfers to
alternative payment methods will not be facilitated.
Return Policy:
Damaged or Defective Products: Although we are committed to delivering products of the highest
quality, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we provide you with the option to return
it. Please adhere to the following steps:
a. Notification: Kindly notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product by sending an
email to [email protected]. Ensure your subject line reads “Return Request – [Your Order
Number].” Additionally, initiate the Return Request through “my order history” section.
b. Visual Documentation: Attach clear photographs of the damaged or defective product within the
email. These images assist us in comprehending the issue and expediting the return procedure.
c. Return Approval: Our dedicated customer support team will assess your request and the
accompanying evidence. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing further
instructions.
Return Shipping: Upon approval of your return request, we require you to ship the products you
intend to return, along with all original packaging, within 5 days from the approval date. You are
responsible for covering the shipping costs. The product(s) must be returned in their original, unused
condition with intact packaging. We cannot process the refund coupon code if the product(s) is
damaged or sent without its original packaging. Utilize a reliable courier service for shipping and
provide us with the tracking details once the products are dispatched. Please retain proof of postage.
Inspection and Refund: Our quality control team will meticulously inspect the returned item. Upon
confirmation of the damage or defect, we will initiate a refund to your Ilene Glam e-wallet, covering
the full purchase amount.
General Guidelines:
• All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Only products damaged in transit that were purchased from our website are eligible for return.
• Products returned in a damaged/used condition or without their original packaging are ineligible
for refunds. You may choose to have the items shipped back to you for an additional ₹125
shipping fee or collect them in person from our warehouse.

• Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original
accessories and tags.
• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and
inspected.
• Charges will be incurred during the refund initiation, with the amount calculated depending on
the refund amount. The remaining balance will subsequently be transferred to the e-wallet.
• E-wallet refunds are exclusively applicable for future purchases on the Ilene Glam website and
are non-transferable.
• Our standard terms and conditions apply to all other aspects of your purchase.
